This lovely family home in New Town, Tasmania was a new build project, incorporating the clients vision and a bit of Architectural flare. Our clients Julie and her husband are living interstate and were looking to build an investment house close to family in Hobart.
Our clients were looking to achieve a build on time and on budget. With a few setbacks and difficulty due to issues with the quality of the site and poor soil classification, we still managed to deliver our Tabart Street project within time and on budget
